We learn about our emotions throughout our lives, as children and adults. Sometimes they don't make sense. Even when things in life seem good, we might still feel hopeless, shut down, or sad. Especially during the pandemic, we feel isolated and disconnected from the things that bring us joy in life. Hope is hard to come by.
